Important Debit Card information for Travelers


At Manhattan Bank your security is important to us and we do our best to stop any suspicious activity when detected on your account. We do this for your protection but try not to burden you when traveling out of the area. If you notify us ahead of time, it helps us to be aware of changes to your card usage.
If you plan to travel outside of your normal routine and use your Manhattan Bank ATM or Debit card please let us know. You may send us an email at service@manhattanbank.com or call us at 406-284-3255 or your local branch and let us know. Tell us your travel dates and which states, so we can help to circumvent a false fraud flag on your card account. 

With the new online banking product you can now create your own travel alerts. Click on the airplane icon in the Card Management section and follow the prompts. 

If you do receive a fraud alert, it is best to respond immediately to the text or email for the incident to be resolved quickly. This is especially true if NOT FRAUD--it will then release the temporary block on your card. If the transaction is fraud, a bank representative will be contacting you for further action.
